David Gorenstein, President 

David has worked full time in the industry since 1983. After clerking for an abstract company, David examined titles and real estate tax records, handled recordings and served as a title closer, reader and clearance officer. David became involved in sales in 1990 and on May 31, 1993 opened up his own firm, Equity Real Estate Services, Inc. from which, after 11 months, and a reorganization, Choice Abstract was born. As of March 2004 David was appointed to the executive board of the New York State Land Title Association.

 

Debra Ralph, Vice President 

Since 1983 Debbie has served the title industry. Having been a status clerk, typist, reader, clearance officer and closing coordinator, her knowledge of the inner workings of the operation makes her not only a "Jane of All Trades" but an MVP for Choice Abstract. Feel free to call upon her for just about anything!

 

Milton Valerio, Assistant to the President 

Milton's responsibilities include assisting the President with newsletters and bulletins, overseeing Final Policy production, shipping and receiving and various other administrative duties. Formerly a graduate of Norman Thomas High School’s Cooperative Education program, he now attends City University of New York at Lehman College campus.

 

Lonnie Rosenberg, Esq., Marketing Director 

Lonnie joined our sales staff in February 2002. He brings with him his 20+ years of legal expertise within the real estate community. His contacts among lawyers, developers and brokers and investors make him a man worth talking to. Give him a ring for networking purposes.

 

Jesse Crawford, Account Executive 

Jesse is new to the title insurance industry. He is friendly, articulate and determined to succeed. Along with all of our sales staff, what he promises; we deliver!

 

Toni Golden, Closer/Sales 

Toni has been closing titles since 1982. Her dedication to her clients and to Choice Abstract is second to none. Perhaps one day you will meet her at your closing table.

 

Denver B. Gorenstein, Sales Representative 

The Adopted son of the President of the company,  Denver’s affiliation with Choice began at a very young age. Denver is not “just” a salesperson, he is a good will ambassador. He brings his five years of experience working in the trenches at our office to you with each visit, And he has a direct line to David!
